Xi'an has a large Muslim Quarter. Also the mosque is referred to as the "Muslim Temple." Asian in Style but Muslim in use. It has a traditional Prayer hall (only for men) and a ritual bath for purification. We arrived just as prayer ended. I was told that the muslims in this quarter pray there 5 times a day.
